Terms of Service

These terms govern the rights and obligations between TECHNOMATON Innovations s.r.o. and customers using our services.

Scope of services

— AI governance documentation and consulting (L1 — Align)
— AI-Native certified training (L2 — Transform, L3 — Innovate)
— Strategic consulting and discovery workshops
— Self-assessment tools and e-learning

Delivery and payment

— Services are intended exclusively for business entities
— Payment upfront per price list or individual quote
— Delivery within agreed timeline (typically 2–6 weeks)
— 30 days support after handoff

Intellectual property

AI-Native Entry Framework™ is the intellectual property of TECHNOMATON Group s.r.o. The client receives a license to use delivered materials for the internal needs of their organization.

Liability

The provider is responsible for proper delivery of services per specification. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved preferably by agreement. The competent court is the court at the provider's registered office. Czech law applies.
